2004 Dodge Intrepid Review

2004 Dodge Intrepid Review

This is a review of the 2004 Dodge Intrepid. This is the typical BHPH full size sedan that you will find on many BHPH lots. The primary reason for this is the low acquisition cost. However, this doesn’t mean that these aren’t quality rides for the money. The consumer gets a lot of Bang for the buck with this choice. They come fully equipped and are generally reliable. One problem with these should be mentioned, and that is the 2.7 engine did have some bottom end failure so check that out before buying.

Pros: A lot of bang for the buck

cons: Bottom end motor problems

2005 Ford Ranger Review

2005 Ford Ranger Review

This is a review of the of the 2005 Ford Ranger. These are a staple for the BHPH lot. They have been around for decades and have proved to be a sound reliable roadworthy choice for the small pickup consumer. The 4 cylinder manual is a great gas saver and is able to do all the chores that a small pickup is needed. Watch out for the rear leaf spring failure however. Also the commonplace rear shackle rot is still a big concern . Inspect these before buying.

Pros: Roadworthy reliable

Cons: Leaf spring failure and rear shackle rot

2002 Chrysler 300M Review

2002 Chrysler 300M Review

This is a review of the 2002 Chrysler 300M. Chrysler luxury is much less costly than other models. This always has been the case with Chrysler. The Chrysler luxury line depreciates much quicker than others. That’s good and bad. It’s bad, if your looking for a big trade-in, but it’s very good if you are looking for all the “goodies” and do not want pay a lot. Let’s face it folks, BHPH customers aren’t concerned with high trade-in value. So, enjoy these at a discount.

Pros: Luxury for less

Cons: Low trade-in, but who cares!

2004 Ford F150 Review

This is a review of the 2004 Ford F150. These are popular work horses. They are a staple for the bhph customer looking for a sturdy all purpose pick up. They have a sound power train and parts are easy to come by. They do have rot concerns where the rear shackles mount to the leaf springs. These should be examined. The replacement is easy. Many Ford parts departments have them in stock.

Pros: Sound and dependable work horse

Cons: Rot around the rear shackles
