A review of the 2004 Kia RIO. These South Korean imports are gas conscious and inexpensive and they offer a viable alternative to more pricey Toyota, Nissan, and Honda comparable. They aren’t the most attractive vehicles, but, if properly maintained, will keep you on the road for a long time.
Pros: Inexpensive and roadworthy
Cons: These offer little resale value and tend to rust easily.
