This is a review of the 2003 Kia Rio The Rio is an entry level vehicle in the Kia lineup. It’s basic with very little frills. It is fuel efficient, but has little in the way of amenities. These are relatively trouble free, but they aren’t as sturdy as the Hyundai Accent or Chevy Aveo which are both entry level vehicles.
Pros: Fuel efficiency
Cons: Basic and bland
