This is a review of the 2002 Chevy Venture. These aren’t as well known or as popular as their competition, namely Caravan and Windstar, but they are a functioning 7 passenger that will get the job done. The drive train is sound and is relatively trouble free. However, the biggest problem in this year is the rocker rot that almost without exception develops along the bottom rocker panels. This can become very severe
Pros: Roadworthy alternative to the more popular and pricey Dodge Caravan and Ford Windstar
Cons: Severe rot problems along the bottom rocker panels
